1.Definitions#

  1. 1.1#

Words defined in our Terms of Service have the same meaning in this Accessibility Statement.

  2. 1.2#

"Website" means the Bitight website and web app, and the payment card that the Service shows inside a chat app.

  3. 1.3#

"WCAG" means the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

  4. 1.4#

"Accessibility Regulations" means the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

2.Commitment#

  1. 2.1#

BIT-TIGHT LTD ("Bitight") aims to make the Website accessible to people with disabilities. This statement is made under the Accessibility Regulations.

  2. 2.2#

Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.2, level AA, and with Israeli Standard 5568.

  3. 2.3#

Bitight checks the accessibility of the Website itself, against Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG 2.2, level AA, using automated tools and manual testing. We carry out these checks at regular intervals and after significant changes to the Website.

  4. 2.4#

First self-check: October 20, 2026: a manual WCAG 2.2 AA self-check found 14 issues, all fixed. Automated axe-core checks run before every change is pushed.

3.Measures Taken#

  1. 3.1#

Every page has a "Skip to content" link and a visible focus indicator for keyboard users.

  2. 3.2#

Links, buttons and form fields use standard controls that work with screen readers and keyboards.

  3. 3.3#

Every form field has a label, and screen readers announce errors.

  4. 3.4#

Animations stop when your device requests reduced motion.

  5. 3.5#

The language of each page is marked.

4.Limitations#

  1. 4.1#

You sign your Limits in your own wallet app. Its screens are outside our control, and some show details as code.

  2. 4.2#

Two sign-in steps take place on our own pages and are within the scope of this statement: the two-step code page and the page where you allow a chat app to connect. Only the pages of the sign-in service you choose, such as Google or Apple, are outside our control.

  3. 4.3#

Your Agent runs in the chat app you choose, whose own interface is outside our control. The payment card that we show inside the chat app, with its Yes and No buttons and the result of each Payment, is our interface and is within the scope of this statement.

  4. 4.4#

Some parts of the Website may not yet meet the target in clause 2.2. If you find one, please tell us under section 5.

5.Feedback and Contact#

  1. 5.1#

To report an accessibility barrier, contact us at support@bitight.com. Please describe the page and the task you were trying to complete.

  2. 5.2#

Until the barrier is fixed, we will help you another way.

  3. 5.3#

Accessibility coordinator: the Chief Executive Officer of BIT-TIGHT LTD, support@bitight.com.

6.Review#

  1. 6.1#

The date at the top of this statement shows when it was last reviewed.
